SEC. 01 — Who we are
We plan, produce and run events — then build the venue they happen in. A medical congress for ten thousand delegates, a product reveal, a state ceremony: the same people look after the programme, the guests and the air-conditioning. When one company owns every layer, nothing falls between vendors.

SEC. 02 — What we do
Most agencies coordinate vendors. IEMS manages the event and owns the inventory, the workshops and the crews — so every line below is delivered in-house, priced from one office, and answerable to one site head.
The planning layer: concept, programme, production and showtime operations — launches, roadshows and ceremonies, planned and run by the same house that builds the venue.
German-engineered aluminium hangars, pagodas and modular stall systems — the structural shell of an exhibition, erected and certified on programme.
Protocol-grade staging for scientific congresses, convocations and state functions — soundproof halls, registration, delegations and dais management.
The invisible systems that keep a temporary venue running: climate, power, light and wayfinding, engineered as one plant and monitored through the event.
In-house workshops, warehousing and a dedicated fleet — so the build never waits on a subcontractor and strike-down happens overnight.

2002
IEMS begins as an event services house in the capital, building for institutions rather than parties.
2000s
The company buys rather than rents: hangars, AC plant, flooring, stall systems. The inventory becomes the moat.
2010s
World congresses, AIIMS convocations and state ceremonies put IEMS crews inside security-cleared, protocol-graded builds.
2015+
Jaipur and Chandigarh offices with their own warehousing bring the same standard to North India's convention circuit.
Today
Under Managing Director Harbans Nagpal the company runs its own hangars, cooling plant and stall systems — the reason a quote and the finished hall match.
