Build for a head of state

Most construction jobs, nobody notices your work. Here, it is inspected by security agencies, walked by Presidents, and struck down before the papers print the photos. No seat is open today — but the file stays open.

How we work

Crew before contract

Many of our site heads started as riggers here. We promote from the scaffold up, and crew leads stay for decades.

Real responsibility, fast

A junior engineer at IEMS signs off work that a head of state walks under. We train hard because the work demands it.

Protocol discipline

Security-cleared builds, inspection-ready sites, zero improvisation. If that sounds like pressure, it is — and it's teachable.

Open positions

Nothing is advertised this season.

Every seat is filled right now, and we would rather say so than collect applications against a role that does not exist. Hiring here follows the calendar — congress season, convocation season and the exhibition run each open crew positions, usually with little notice.

When they open, we look in the file first. Writing in now is the fastest way to be in it.

Trades we hire into

Site engineering
Hangar and pagoda erection, layout, load checks, safety certification, handover on protocol timelines.
Project management
Multi-hall congresses from brief to strike-down — client-facing, budget-holding, site-living.
Plant and power
Central air-conditioning and distribution on live sites, kept running through a Delhi May afternoon.
Design and draughting
Custom stalls and pavilions detailed for the fabrication workshop. AutoCAD essential, 3ds Max a plus.
Rigging and fabrication
Truss, staging and carpentry crews who can read a drawing and build to it in the dark.
Stores and logistics
Inventory, dispatch and returns for North India's busiest event calendar — accounted for to the last bolt.

Write in anyway

Tell us what you have built, where, and who you built it with. Good riggers, electricians and site engineers get a reply whether or not a seat is open — season or no season.
