The brief

FOGSI's Scientific Sangam ran 15–17 December 2023 across the AMA Convention Centre and KNMH Hospital, Prayagraj, hosted by the Allahabad Obstetric & Gynaecological Society. IEMS delivered gates, halls, registration and the exhibition floor.

The build

    Branded entrance gates and façade cladding at the venue approach.

  2. 02

    2 parallel session halls with staging, LED backdrops, AV and delegate seating.

  3. 03

    Registration concourse with counters, queuing and delegate-flow control.

  4. 04

    Exhibition floor in modular stall systems with sponsor pavilions.

  5. 05

    Branded photo moments and selfie installations.
